MALKIN'S CRITICS: APPALLING INCIVILITY
i appreciate your brotherly sensitivities in wanting to protect Michelle. Like you, I had almost the same feelings for Michelle long ago, especially vis a vis the Japanese Internment Camps. Having lived during that era, and having a Japanese sister-in-law who came to the U.S. post WWII, I knew there was a truth in what she said, as did my SIL who remarked that the Japanese were well treated in that instance, unlike the way American's were treated by the Japanese.
However, Michelle and Geraldo have the same fatal flaws. Their passions (and their wish for notoriety) causes them to both over-react and to lose perspective in finding the underlying truth in the subject. On the Immigration issue, Geraldo comes the closest in seeing the hyperbole and inaccuracy of Michele's statements (not the first time she has supported the wrong side for her harangues)and I completely agree with a prior poster that she has done more harm than good to

the Conservative movement. I long ago lost faith in her messages, knowing many to be untrue and a false impassioned plea to gain the notoriety that she now craves.
